SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Inner Peace Gifts. We are committed to delivering your order safely and on time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing time may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped with tracking information.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days (after processing)
- Express Shipping: 5-10 business days (if available)
Important: These are estimated timeframes only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control including weather conditions, carrier delays, customs clearance, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Origin & Fulfillment
Products are shipped by our trusted third-party fulfillment partner from international warehouses. This allows us to offer you competitive pricing and a wide selection of premium gifts. All shipments include tracking and are handled by reliable international carriers selected based on your location and the most efficient delivery route.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- All customs duties and import fees are included - you will not be charged additional fees at delivery
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package in real-time using the tracking link provided. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active. Note: Tracking updates may be delayed during customs clearance or international transit.
Customs Clearance
All international shipments must clear US customs. Customs clearance typically takes 1-3 business days. Delays in customs are beyond our control. All customs duties and taxes are prepaid - you will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.
Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer. Address changes can only be made within 2 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, addresses cannot be changed.
Delivery Responsibility
Once the package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package. We are not responsible for stolen, lost, or damaged packages after delivery confirmation. If you will not be home, consider using carrier hold options or providing delivery instructions.
Undelivered or Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
- Check all possible delivery locations (front door, back door, mailbox, garage)
- Wait 24-48 hours as sometimes packages are marked delivered early
Contact us at team@innerpeacegift.store within 7 days of delivery date. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. Lost package claims may take 15-30 days to process.
Damaged Packages
Inspect your package upon delivery. If the package appears damaged, take photos immediately before opening. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged package and product. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Shipping Restrictions
We ship to all 50 US states. However, we have limited or no shipping to:
- P.O. Boxes (most international carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes)
- Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) - limited availability
- Certain remote or rural areas - may have extended delivery times
Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Carrier delays or errors
- Customs delays
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Holidays or peak shipping seasons
- Government restrictions or inspections
- Circumstances beyond our control
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, contact us and we will investigate. Refunds or replacements for delayed orders are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Order Cancellation After Shipping
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You must follow our Return Policy to return the item after delivery.
Refused or Returned Packages
If you refuse delivery or the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for:
- Original shipping costs (non-refundable)
- Return shipping costs
- Restocking fees (if applicable)
Refunds will only be issued after the package is returned to us and inspected.
