We have a 3-day return policy. You have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return For full return and refund details and to submit a return request form.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition as received
Unworn or unused, with original tags
In original packaging
Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

Return Requirements

To process your return request, you must provide:

Order ID
Found in your order confirmation email

Clear Photos
Minimum 2 photos showing the product and any issues

Unboxing Video (if claiming damage/defect)
Must show the sealed package and full unboxing process

How to Initiate a Return

Step 2: Gather Your Information Before submitting, have ready:

Your Order ID (found in your order confirmation email)
At least 2 clear photos showing the product and any issues
video (if claiming damage or defect)

Step 3: Submit Your Return Request

Fill out the return request form on our return policy page
Upload your photos and video (if applicable)
Click Submit

Step 4: Get Your Return

Refund or Return will be processed within 24-48 hours after we receive and inspect your return

2-Hour Refund Policy

We offer a 2-hour refund window from the time you place your order.

If you change your mind within 2 hours of purchase, simply contact us at with your order number, and we'll process a full refund immediately.

Refund Details:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.)
The refund amount cannot exceed the original payment
PayPal transaction fees are typically not refunded (PayPal keeps their processing fee)
Refunds appear in your PayPal account within 3-5 business days
Credit/debit card refunds take 5-10 business days, depending on your bank

Return Shipping Costs

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
Custom or personalized items
Personal care products (beauty items)
Hazardous materials

Important Notes

Full refunds are only available within 2 hours of order placement
After 2 hours, our 3-day return policy applies (after delivery)
Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted

Products damaged by misuse are not eligible for return
